Microneedeling

Also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that uses a device with fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin's surface. This process triggers the body's natural healing response, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin—key proteins that improve skin firmness, elasticity, and texture. It effectively reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven tone, hyperpigmentation, and stretch marks, while promoting smoother, brighter, and more youthful-looking skin. Suitable for the face, neck, décolletage, and other areas, sessions are quick with minimal downtime (mild redness typically resolves in 1–3 days).

Exosomes are tiny, naturally occurring compounds derived from stem cells. Packed with growth factors, proteins, cytokines, RNA, and other bioactive molecules, they enhance intercellular communication to accelerate tissue repair, reduce inflammation, boost collagen and elastin production, and promote regeneration. In aesthetics, exosomes provide potent anti-aging, skin brightening, hydration, and healing benefits—often outperforming traditional options like PRP—without the need for blood draws. They excel at improving fine lines, texture, scars, radiance, and overall skin health.

Microneedling combined with exosomes is a synergistic, advanced treatment where exosomes are applied topically or infused immediately after microneedling. The micro-channels allow deeper, more efficient penetration of the exosomes, amplifying collagen stimulation, speeding recovery, reducing inflammation, and delivering superior results compared to microneedling alone—such as enhanced firmness, minimised pores, faded scars, and a glowing, rejuvenated complexion with even fewer sessions.
